Common Questions

Does StatusGuard require an account?

No. StatusGuard is designed as a local-first iPhone app and does not require a StatusGuard account.

Where is my data stored?

Your core app data is stored locally on your device by default. Photo attachments are saved inside the app sandbox. If you export a checklist or backup file, you control where that exported file is saved or shared.

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Open Settings in StatusGuard and check the notification permission status. If permission is denied, enable notifications for StatusGuard in the iOS Settings app. Also confirm that the date still has enabled reminder rules and that the reminder time is in the future.

How do I back up my data?

Open StatusGuard Settings, use Local Backup, and export a backup file. Backup files may contain sensitive personal information, so keep them private and only store them in locations you trust.

How do I restore Pro?

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple.
